Mark as Useful Same crap. He says I got a payday loan from cash advance and did not pay it so they are going to sue me for $8958. Says he is calling for American Legal Services, which is part of the federal goverment.

Mark as Useful I got a call today from a man that said he was working for the department of financial investigation. He keeps telling me that he will take legal action if I don't give a message to one of my friends. I have know idea what this guy is talking about but I think he's a scammer.

Mark as Useful Multiple calls per day for several consecutive days, all attempting to send a fax. Calling a number that does not have a fax AND is on the national do not call registry.
